Can I buy MYMAG at newsstands?

No. You will find a limited number of printed issues at retailers that are directly connected to that issue's celebrity editor; participating retailers are listed on the editor's MYMAG page. The easiest way to buy an issue is always through MYMAG.com.

Can I download a digital version of MYMAG?

No. The chosen content was intended to be reproduced in print form to maintain its original look, feel and quality.

Can I subscribe to MYMAG?

We don't offer subscriptions. MYMAGs are created on a timetable dictated by the inspiration of the celebrity editors who put each issue together. We're continually adding new editors and therefore can't predict how many issues will be published in a given year.

If I fail to receive an issue I've ordered, whom do I contact?

Log in to your account at MYMAG.com to check your order status. If your order has shipped and you haven't received it within 10 business days (most deliveries require only three to five business days), e-mail orders@mymag.com, and include your order number. Keep in mind that if you preordered a particular issue of MYMAG, it might still be in production.

How do you select who creates and edits an issue of MYMAG?

Tastemakers come at us from all directions -- sometimes they've been recommended to us by a third party; other times we'll hear from someone who tells us "I want to make one of these!" It's all about who we're interested in, and who the people we talk to are interested in.

Can readers suggest celebrity editors?

Got an idea? Let us know. We also conduct periodic surveys on Facebook and MySpace to find out what you think and who you'd like to see create a MYMAG, so keep an eye on those sites.

How do you choose which publications' content is included?

The editor chooses the publication and the content. Whether he picks the most notable stories from a specific issue or just favorite articles he's held onto for one reason or another, the decision is entirely up to the editor.

My issue was damaged when I received it -- how can I get a replacement?

E-mail orders@mymag.com and include your order number.

Can I order a MYMAG as a gift?

Yes. Just enter your recipient's mailing address, and we'll send the issue to that address.
